Such a lovely place. The unit (efficiency) was huuuuge! Also super clean and with all the bits and pieces you'd want for a self-catered stay. The service was great - I turned up early for check-in and they turned around my room so quickly so I could get in rather than hanging around. The location was also excellent - right on the beach, close to a big supermarket and restaurants and walkable to St John's Pass.

Highly recommend! We stayed here for our anniversary and they even upgraded us for free into a bigger room. Everybody that worked there was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and laid out nicely. Excellent value for your money. Will definitely be back!

We waited until a week before our trip to book a place to stay. I read reviews and then read some more, but Beachside Resort continued to pop up for us. It ended up being perfect for our long weekend. We arrived 5 hours before check-in, and they kindly allowed us to check in early! The room was comfortable and well furnished. Our only complaint is that the bed was VERY firm, but we still slept like babies.(90+ degree days, 5 miles of walking and whole days at the beach) The office staff was absolutely amazing, they had beach chairs, umbrellas and little carts we could use to take to the beach, supplied extra towels or cookware when needed. They were so nice, and always so easy to talk to. The hotel is located on a boardwalk and in close range to several tiki bars, restaurants and the beach! We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the pool area and loved playing shuffleboard in the mornings before the full sun! Overall, we are so thankful we picked this cute little resort. It was just what we needed.

Great place!! This is an older beach motel, but is immaculate!.. clean, clean and more clean... A/C is coldest we've ever experienced traveling, and so quit; real coffee pot, Apt. size frig, micro, large TV... super nice. Chk in/out like a nice Gulf breeze!! Pool is like room.. clean, Clean, CLEAN! Within walking of all need on a beach. Nice stay!

Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room size, location and cleanliness were perfect. We enjoyed beautiful beach and pool area. Very satisfied and will recommend!!!!

Last minute trip..searched and searched...read reviews. The last review calling this place a little gem...totally true. Didn't realize each room had kitchen etc. Clean. Great pool and since not many rooms it was like we had the place to ourselves. I have to mention the grass..was like walking on pillows. Top floor..can see the beach. The owners...wonderful. If you like a private little place on the beach...this is it.

We’ve been staying here every year for almost 10 years. (Many years we are there 2 or 3 times a year.) You can’t beat the location, staff, or price. Everything is always clean, small kitchens are included in the rooms, and it’s steps from the beach. It’s old school but 5 star.
